This was my first time shopping for Nespresso pods in person and Frederick made the experience very enjoyable. The store is very clean and has a nice layout and you can tell that Frederick really wants you to get the perfect pod for what you’re shopping for. Will definitely be back!!

Customers are always greeted right away and I was put on the list to be served next which was great because the place was jammed (right before X-Mas) I was lucky to be served by Isabella, who was wonderful! She knew what I wanted even though I had the name wrong.

We have been using Nespresso for many years; It's much better than Keurig and good alternative to making your own espresso. Nespresso makes mail order very easy and free as long as you order over a certain amount, so a store front is not really necessary, but it is very nice to be able to in and try out or buy something. This particular store front is very well appointed with a bar and sitting areas; it's a very pleasant place to grab a cup of coffee. The staff are very helpful and allowed us to try a few different flavors. Some reviewers found the check out process a little odd and "like the Apple Store". We were not bothered by this and check out was very efficient. If you are using Nespresso or thinking of buying a machine this store well worth a visit.

I had the most wonderful experience today. A fantastic barista was doing demos on lattes and macchiatos and he was so great at showing us the different machines while teaching us how to make the drinks. He made us drinks to order and they were beautiful as well as delicious. I learned so much about the machines and will be able to make a very educated decision.

We went to pick up pods. We were promptly greeted and offered a complimentary coffee while waiting for a cashier. The cashier (Brenna?) was super nice and helpful in selecting pods. If you were in a rush, this wouldn't be the place to go, and it is confusing why more of the employees aren't cashiers to help move people through. But this store has friendly service and we got what we needed and more, so 5 stars from me!

The store members were respectful, even if I don’t own a nespresso, they explained the pros of their machines over other brands. The taste station was a delight to see and experience.

I would like to personally give the BEST shoutout to Jordan. This was my first time going into the store and i was blown away. Jordan was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He made me feel special even if the batch coffee was for all, he made me feel like it was special for me. And he had me try the new flavors in which i loved and purchased. A quick conversation later about all the pods i had back home (east) Jordan made a recommendation and i blindly ordered it. I came home from my trip out west and it was the first cup of coffee and I made myself to try it out. So now brings me to this review… Jordan You were so right about the PR blend because I can’t get enough of it and i will be having this flavor on auto ship. Thank you again for my first experience in the store and all the recommendations. You truly are the sweetest and I enjoyed your hospitality. I hope this gets to you. Thank you again ! Maybe the trick is going late? I walked in and out in less than 10 minutes in the evening with a bag full of pods. The associate that helped me was friendly, helpful, and efficient! He also realized he forgot to include the discount I qualified for before I paid, but kindly addressed the issue in a way that was even more to my benefit.
